From Lo Conte’s experience, a new line of Gluten free products was born. The line gives to the consumer a selection suitable for various recipes, that meet the needs of gluten intolerant people. The Group offers to coeliacs its huge know-how and its experience as special flours producer, to give them Gluten Free products as tasty as usual Lo Conte’s products. Lo Conte Group has in research its strenght. After more than 250 laboratory tests and tens of tests on coeliacs, we found the right formula for our Gluten-free Mixes, to give the consumer high quality and easy-to-use products, capable to guarantee perfect results, as if by magic.
Lo Conte Group decided to solve the problem of possible contaminations creating a new mill, authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health and completely dedicated to production of Gluten-free products. In this way, the entire production chain of glutenfree product, from raw material to final product storage, is completely separated from the production chain of containing gluten products, eliminating the risk of accidental contaminations. Lo Conte Group has been licensed by AIC to use its brand Spiga Barrata, to to guarantee to its consumers the best safety and serenity. Every product of Gluten-free line is registered in the Italian National Register of Gluten-free Noursishment, and they have on their packages the Ministry’s sticker GLUTEN-FREE NOURISHMENT – DISPENSABLE PRODUCT.
Gluten-free line of Lo Conte Group covers every distribution channel: Le Farine Magiche for domestic use and Molino Vigevano for professional use. Moreover, with the brand Decorì, the Group offers ingredients and decorations for homemade desserts.
